Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2026 NIH Research Festival. This post pandemic NIH Research Festival is a smaller-scale event. There will not be a large tent for the vendor exhibits, as in years past. Our space is limited to the south lobby and FAES Terrace in NIH Building 10 on the Bethesda campus. The space will include 6-foot-long tables for 80+ vendors per day. Tables will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis via submission of an application through R&W.

This biotech vendor exhibit portion of the Research Festival will be confined to September 14th, 17th, and 18th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

NIH will host a series of lectures and poster sessions accompanying the vendor shows. Details on NIH’s site.

As a component of the Research Festival Biotech Vendor Show, NIH will host a limited number of workshops from commercial vendors. These scientific workshops will offer an opportunity for NIH scientific staff to learn about new tools and techniques. Workshops / Seminars:
Vendor workshops are an opportunity to invite a guest speaker and introduce research and new applications done with your technology to the scientific community. Please find the call to submit an abstract below. 

We would like a short description of what you intend to present. These workshops are great opportunities to educate customers beyond an elevator pitch or value proposition.  Think outside of a sales pitch. Offer educational content and present scientific data. Potentially have a key opinion leader talk! Please don’t submit a product portfolio. Get creative. We are looking forward to great talks about work done with your technology. This is a unique opportunity to get access to a room at NIH to present. Bring your own audience, think about who you want to invite and how you will market your event.  It is up to you to find attendees for your workshop.
