What: Spring 2026 NIH Research Vendor Expo
Date: April 28th – 30th 2026
Location: NIH Bethesda Campus, Building 10 (Clinical Center), South Lobby.
(Important note: The following information may be subject to change)

This will be an indoor exhibit that takes place in the South Lobby and hallway only. This show will be half the size of the Fall Research Festival exhibit. This event is not part of a Research Festival.
We envision space (i.e., 6-foot-long tables) for 40-50 vendors per day. Tables will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis via submission of an application through NIH Recreation and Welfare (R&W).

Note there are additional new vendor policies that are being approved that may require additional information than is originally requested by NIH R&W.
Cost: $450 + prorated membership. If you participated in the 2025 Fall Research Festival your TVA membership applies.
